Teqtix is a leading supplier of high-quality phenol-formaldehyde block foam. The block foam is sold under the brand name Insul-Phen. Our innovative foam blocks are known for their excellent fire properties, good fire resistance, thermal insulation, and stability. Our customers are involved in the conversion of Insul-Phen block foam into molded parts, primarily pipe insulation and plates for utility construction, technical installations, and fire-resistant applications. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of phenol-formaldehyde block foam in both domestic and international markets. You will actively promote our insulation blocks to IPCOM Group companies throughout Europe and new customers outside the IPCOM Group. In addition to active sales of the blocks, relationship management is a significant part of your role. You will collaborate closely with customers, their technical teams, and our internal departments.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to strengthen the market position of Insul-Phen foam products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including architects, construction companies, OEM manufacturers, and distributors, to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities and market segments for our products and developing them into profitable accounts.
  • Acquiring technical knowledge of Insul-Phen foam products and using this knowledge to advise customers and offer customized solutions.
  • Managing the sales budget and expenses to ensure the profitability of sales activities.
  • Monitoring market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and reporting relevant market data to the management team.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams, including technical support staff, product development, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met and projects are completed on time.
  • Reporting sales results, project progress, and market developments to the management.
Requirements
  • Vocational or higher education in a relevant technical discipline or business economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in the English language, knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of insulation materials and/or polymers is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work on a flexible schedule.
  • Team player with a strong drive for results.
