Production employee
Teqtix is a small young organization that produces insulation blocks. The hard foam has very good insulating properties and is also fireproof. The products are sold all over the world and are mainly used as pipe insulation and in fireproof applications such as partition walls and fireproof doors.
For the production of foam blocks we are looking for a production employee with a good physical condition. You will be immediately employed by Teqtix. First with a temporary contract and after proven suitability you will receive a permanent contract. The main activities are:
Preferably you speak fluent Dutch, but at least good English. You have a positive attitude, attitude to work and you have a feeling for technology. It is an advantage if you are in possession of a forklift truck diploma and emergency response certificate, if not, we will ensure that you can obtain the diploma after the training period. We work with 3 types of forklifts, namely a fork, clamp and BT forklift. You will work in a small team of a total of 8 employees. So some independence is a must!
Current working hours
Monday to Thursday: from 06:00 to 15:00
on Friday: from 06:00 to 12:30
Due to the expected growth of the company, there is a real chance that we will scale up to 2 shifts this year.
Workings hours are then
The working hours morning shift: 06:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 06:00 to 12:30
The working hours afternoon shift: 14:00 to 23:00 and Friday from 12:30 to 19:00
We offer varied work with a gross hourly wage of € 13.24. Regardless of whether you work in shifts, the salary is supplemented with the shift allowance of 14% for the hours worked. As a result, the gross hourly wage for hours worked is €15.09 per hour.
